K & A Concept is a Licensed Business registered in the State of Michigan, United States. We have been selling Lingerie online since March 2003. We take pride in our customer service. If you have any questions, or concerns about our products, please feel free to contact us. We will get back to you within a timely manner. Product Availability
Due to sales volume, our inventory can change on an hourly basis. An item may be out of stock or on backorder. 

Payment Options
We accept Master card, Visa and Discover through our Secure and Easy Online Payment Processor Authorize.net. We also accept payment through PayPal, another Secure online payment method. Your billing and shipping address must match. If your billing address is differnt from shipping address, we will cancel your order. If you would like your purchase shipped to another address other than your billing, you may send a Money Order.

Money orders and Personal Checks are also accepted.
If you are paying with a Personal check, we wait 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR CLEARING OUR BANK (excluding Holidays or weekends) before shipping your items. 

International Purchases
We Gladly accept various methods of PayPal. We DO NOT accept Credit Card Payments from Canada or International unless your Credit Card has a United States issuing bank. We must have a phone # to process your order. this will only be used for Customs information. We do not call you.

Canadian and International Ship cost: $28.95

Custom's forms will NOT be marked as Gift. According to U.S. Code: Title 13 : Section 305 any person who knowingly submits false or misleading export information shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $10,000 per violation or imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or both. As much as we value you as a customer, we will not falsify customs forms. Customs form will be marked at full value. All taxes, duties and customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility.

Sales Tax
We are a Licensed Retailer so we do charge 6% sales tax to Michigan residents only.

Refund Policy
Due to State and Health Regulations No Refunds. Unless wrong color or size was shipped to you and all items must remain in original packaging and tags remain Factory attached to the garment. Once the tags are removed from the garment, we can no longer exchange nor refund. This will also re assure our customers that they are recieving a Brand New Item. You will be responsible for all ship cost and a 25% Restocking fee.
